Once you sign in or create an account, we will email you required documentation for your consult and service. Complete all the required paperwork and click submit and it will all be delivered securely to our HIPPA compliant software.

Once we receive all required documentation, we will email you a payment link. Click on the link and follow the prompts to purchase the complete service. Once payment is completed and you see our Nurse Practitioner our team of Registered Nurses will reach out and schedule the service. We strive to accommodate you within a 24-hour time period!

Although we would love to help those who only need to lose 5-10 pounds but Heavenly Hydration requires candidates to have at least a BMI of 25 and / or be at least 20-25 pounds overweight. Please reach out to us for other options if you are not in this category.

This medication is a once-weekly injection under the skin. It is important to use this medication with a reduced calorie diet and increased physical activity for best results.
